A. Strategic ? What? The organization can evaluate all of the business processes currently in place and evaluate if the processes can be enhanced or replaced electronically. So they will apply SWOT (Strength/Weaknesses/Oppo rtunites/Threats) analysis to each potential process to see if it is worthwhile to the business to do it electronically.

A. If it is free, the best thing is of course SAVING. However, free means no commitment from them too. You cannot comment about the quality to them. The performance tends to be slow. Likely there is some hidden stuff for providing free website. It doesn't seem to be professional if you are setting up a e-commerce site with their ads. Q. What has the effect been on the United states legal system with the emergence of electronic commerce?
Asked by CookFrNW - Fri Aug 3 15:43:05 2007 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments
A. The federal courts and some state courts now are sufficiently confident in electronic commerce systems that they use a variant on that system for filing and service of documents. At the federal level the filing system is known as ECF, and the Public Access section is called PACER, for Public Access to Court Electronic Records.

Q. What are the aspects to be taken into account to design a robust electronic payment system in E-Commerce?
Asked by Ajeet K - Tue Aug 19 13:46:48 2008 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Aside from security of the system (SSL is the only way to go), the main one that I always advise my junior programmers is that they should always setup a double bookkeeping system. Make sure that you have all information being tracked in all regards. Double bookkeeping is good so you have more than one spot that you can see where the money flows. Imagine if your client calls you and says "I see in my e-mails that the order number went from 298 to 300. Where is 299?" You have to be able to specifically be able to show them what the person ordered and do it quick! Take care, Chad
